All Call for Volunteers

Here’s your chance to learn more about the festival and how you can help. We are just one month away from the start of SummerFest and hundreds of volunteers are still needed. Join the fun at our parish festival to get out of a pandemic slump, meet new  friends and support the parish. All individuals, families and ministry groups are invited to come and explore the many opportunities of SummerFest.

Some ways you can volunteer:

• Staff the inflatable attractions 
• Operate a carnival game booth or festival food booth 
• Keep the booths stocked with food and prizes 
• Serve desserts in the indoor ice cream and sweet shoppe 
• Prep and serve food, greet guests and service the dining room  
• Run the indoor bingo games 
• Help the Flea Market with merchandise collection and selling 

You can volunteer for all six days or choose specific dates and times. Other ways you can help: 

• Buy or sell raffle tickets 
• Solicit local businesses for sponsorships or in-kind donations  
• Become a Friend of SummerFest with your monetary donation 
• Donate products, gift cards, or themed gift baskets for the Buck Stops Here
• Donate beverages, water and wine, or jewelry and other flea market treasures
