During this past semester, I took a short walk. It started with our eighth graders, where I discussed their preparation for high school, and then moved a short distance to where our pre-kindergarten children were preparing for a nap. It was the breadth and width of childhood, in one short journey.
Catholic Schools have been a bedrock and foundational sanctuary for centuries. They are a place of shared values and academic excellence, where young minds are developed and tempered by academic rigor, uplifted by spiritual enlightenment and grounded by personal accountability. Our teachers and staff embrace their multifaceted responsibilities as a vocation, a calling, well aware of the trust bestowed upon them by our families. Our Religious shepherd our children during our weekly communal gathering for mass, teaching, preparing for and bestowing the sacraments, and providing a living example of a life truly dedicated to the service of others.
Thank you for joining and supporting our children in their short but most important journey.
